[OpenDHT-Users] OpenDHT down again?

Should be back up for now.

The big problem is that the Linux OOM Killer keeps taking down one or
more of bind/apache/mailman.  More memory for the VM this is all
hosted on costs more money per month.  mailman/python seems to be the
biggest offender, so I may move all the lists to Google Groups at some
point.
