[OpenDHT-Users] rate limit and over capacity

Hello,
    Where can I find the rate limit on put operations on a single key?
I am inserting data (under 1 key) that is larger than 1024 bytes so I
need to split it. Is there a recommended value for the rate at which I
issue the put requests or is this not even an issue?
    What conditions generate an "over capacity" return code for a put
request? Is this on a per IP basis?
