Appears that
http://opendht.org/servers.txt
also shows between 77 and 87 servers, with a lot being foreign.  I'm
not sure if this is opendht or just planetlab servers in general being
down.

Some queries also seem to work quickly, while others can take quite
awhile (perhaps indicative of real world DHT's):
